Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious, but lacked a washer/dryer which was disappointing. The location was great with amazing views, although the parking was not in the building. The service was hit or miss, with generally friendly staff but rude housekeeping. The dining was good, with a few quality options but occasionally crowded.
My stay at the hotel had some highs and lows. The rooms were tiny for the price, and we ended up in a room across the street without a view of the ocean. There were issues with our credit card, which was frustrating. However, the service was friendly, and there were plenty of activities within walking distance for all ages.
The hotel has two rooms with doors between for privacy, a full kitchen, and a pull-down wall bed for a pleasant surprise. While the setup can accommodate six people, it may not be the best option considering the room quality. The staff are working hard to keep things clean and running smoothly, providing a positive experience for guests.
Upon arrival, we found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious for our family, although they had a musky smell and needed some repairs. The service was impeccable, especially for our first time in Myrtle Beach, as the staff was always courteous and attentive to cleanliness. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, despite being a bit crowded at times. Dining options were fantastic, but pricey, with a need for better security measures. Overall, a mixed experience with positive and negative aspects.
